Tax Accounting System
The Tailored Business Systems Tax Accounting keeps track of
all money collected through the TBS Property
Tax System and Mobile Home System.
It is designed to efficiently distribute these funds to various
entities such as the State, the Board of Education, and the County
Commissioners. Commissions for these various entities are also
computed based on a percentage as specified by the customer.
Commission reports, payout reports, check registers, and detail
edits can also be generated. Checks can be entered, edited, and
printed on the computer. During installation, TBS personnel will
customize a Chart of Accounts designed to fit the specific needs
of the individual tax office. The Tax Accounting System is ultimately
designed to accurately and easily monitor and distribute the
flow of funds within the tax office.

Property Tax System
- Taxes can be billed for up to 99 different
taxing authorities.
- Bills can be calculated on screen by entering
the property information. The calculated bill
can then be added as an NOD (Not on Digest) bill
or used to create an adjustment transaction for
an existing bill.

- Provides for ad valorem tax, late penalty and
interest, plus miscellaneous fees and penalties.
- Prints reports for any dates you specify.
- Handles partial payments, refunds, and collection
of prior year taxes.
- Allows you to enter multiple transactions.
- Accommodates dealer discounts.
