RDT 200 Series Access Terminal Those employees who do not have access to a PC or network workstation use the RDT 100/200 Series Employee Access Terminals for clocked transactions. This versatile device is essentially an intelligent extended keyboard interfaced directly with TimeClock Plus and it’s database.

On-Screen TimeClock™ Employees just sit down at their desk, clock in or out and begin work as normal. Employees are able to go on break, change departments and/or costing codes, view hours by shift or pay period, view their schedule, and more…all while conveniently seated at their desk. TimeClock Plus can deliver payroll data to TBS Payroll Solutions and to virtually any payroll packages or service via specially designed Interface Modules.  This Interface provides the next logical step in the process of real-time reporting of employee hours for payroll. Scheduling, Hour Restrictions, Flexible Accrual Rules, Multi-department/ location support, and many other tools are supported to meet the needs of today's municipalities. Comprehensive security protects sensitive employee information from unauthorized access while at the same time, limiting individual supervisors or managers to information for only those employees within their department. Network or Browser Based Employee Access

Integrated with TBS Payroll or with your present payroll system or service, TBS can install TimeClock Plus™ on any PC with network connectivity without intruding on an end user's operation of his or her PC.   Web Edition enables organizations to take advantage of the Internet by establishing browser based access to TimeClock Plus for both administrators and employees.

Biometric Employee Time and Attendance Tracking

TBS uses TimeClock Plus™ biometric technology to eliminate the age old problem of clock-in/out security for employees.  By using Biometric recording devices the need to keep up with employee identification cards and/or badges is also eliminated.
